What this site is
A portfolio and a place to write. It describes work that has been done and opinions held at the time of writing. It is not advice, and nothing here forms a contract for services. Work is agreed separately, in writing.
Who owns what
The writing, photography, video, drawings and design on this site belong to Hillary Uzomba unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back. You may not republish a piece in full, or use the images or video in your own work, without asking first.
Client work shown here remains the property of the client concerned and appears with their agreement.
Accuracy
Reviews and technical writing describe what was true of a tool at the time of testing. Software changes. A piece is not updated every time its subject does, so check the date before relying on it. No warranty is given that anything here is current, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Links out
Links to other sites are offered because they are useful. What those sites do is their own responsibility, not this one’s.
Comments and contributions
Anything you post should be yours to post. Comments that are unlawful, abusive or simply advertising will be removed. Posting something gives permission to display it here; it stays yours otherwise.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from using it or from being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
